

Dilan has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry and is currently working as the Deputy Chief Representative of a German bank in Jakarta. He graduated from Universitas Brawijaya Malang with a bachelor’s degree in Law in 1992 and a master’s degree from Universitas Indonesia in management, majoring in International Business, in 1994. Batuparan is a doctoral student in Strategic Management at Universitas Indonesia. In his research interests, he would examine how big data analytics, dynamic capabilities, and digital transformation can help a company be more innovative and risk-based in a digitally disrupted business environment. Avianto has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industries and is currently the Financing/Credit Director at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., overseeing the bank-wide financing and credit functions.
